FAQ

Do you have a storefront?   We’re located at 123 S. Macon St in downtown historic Jesup, GA and are licensed through the Georgia Department of Agriculture.

What's your shipping policy?  We take a great deal of pride in offering "handmade" items that are all made fresh to order.  We ask you to allow us 2-3 days to make your order prior to shipping.  Once your order is made its securely packed and shipped using priority mail USPS services.  USPS priority service is a 2 day service but the delivery time will vary based on the USPS handling.  If you have any concerns or questions please feel free to contact us.

When does my order ship?  We typically ship Monday - Wednesday.  We will not ship items if the ship time would cause the package to sit in a warehouse or sort facility over a weekend.  Expedited shipping is always available for an additional fee.  We cannot be held responsible for orders given incorrect shipping information, if no one is available to receive the package upon delivery, or for unforeseen weather delays.  We would suggest shipping to your workplace whenever possible.

How will my cake arrive?   Due to the perishable nature of cakes, they are shipped frozen and securely packed to prevent spoilage/breakage.  The glaze is nested in the center of each cake and has a "Directions For Use" label attached.  During warmer months we nestle ice packs around the cakes to keep them cool.

How do I store my cake?  We recommend storing our cakes covered in a cool, dry place.  Generally, they can last about 4-5 days at room temperature, as long as they are not exposed to heat, humidity, or sunlight.  They can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks and frozen for up to 6 months.  After 6 months of freezing the quality may be reduced slightly but they're still delicious.(They must be securely wrapped and placed in a zipper lock freezer bag to seal out air and moisture to prevent freezer burn.)   At home, we slice the cake and individually wrap each piece in plastic wrap.  Place the slices in a zipper lock freezer bag and pop in the freezer-they only take a few minutes to thaw at room temperature.  We enjoy them for months to come.

What's your return policy?  We at Page's Pound Cakes want EVERY customer to be satisfied with their order. We go to great lengths to ensure quality but sometimes things don't go as planned.  If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order DO NOT hesitate to contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.  There are several ways to contact us and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

What if I have food allergies?  All of our products are made in an allergen friendly environment where the following are present, and may come in contact with your product:  nuts, soy, wheat, dairy, and products containing gluten.
